Have your say
Let’s help you make it happen. Want to speak to us about the development – what you like, or perhaps what you would like to change? Let’s chat. Feedback is important to help us grow as a community and be the best place to live, work and relax in the whole of London. We would love your help, support, and ideas to get there.
Whether you are already living in or around Elephant Park, are looking for a new place to buy or rent, or a business wanting to move into the area, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Have your say”.
Not sure whether your idea or enquiry applies here? Here are a few things we’re proud of, but upon which we’re always striving to improve.
Large & peaceful
Elephant Park is central London’s biggest new park in 70 years, providing ample space for visitors to reap nature’s benefits. Our soil is rich in nutrients and our trees large in number for fresh, clean air.
Got a suggestion for the space? Let us know.
We love to provide a platform for local performers without the need to build and power a dedicated indoor space. Enjoy buskers, dancers and more in the great outdoors.
What kind of performances would you like to see?
With a net-zero carbon goal for 2025, our homes average 35% more energy efficiency than the London standard. We’re also adding over 90 hire-bikes and 3,000 bike spaces within new cycle-and-walk-ways.
Got a question about cycleways? Ask away!
Our retailers share our values. Vegan food options are commonplace, and some are even home-grown thanks to urban farming venture Crate to Plate.
Know a retailer we should work with? Connect us!
There are all kinds of opportunities for friendly gatherings at Elephant Park without risk. Our sanitiser stands are among the park’s newest additions.
Want input on distancing measures? Get in touch.
We take great pride in bringing our community together. This includes residents, retailers, visitors and neighbours.
How could we be doing more for you?
Unlike real Elephants, we’re anything but grey. Working with local artists and students, temporary exhibitions pop up frequently, often funded by community schemes.
Do you like our art and design? We’d love to know.
Close & connected
We’re less than a ten-minute cycle from three of the area’s most renowned spots: Covent Garden, Borough Market and the Tate Modern. All three are also easily accessible from the closest station.
How can we help you feel connected?
A growing network
We’re improving neighbourhood networking and information sharing, not least with a smattering of Wi-Fi benches with free wireless internet.
Got a question? Send us an email!
Honouring our history
We want to respect and preserve an area of London we love. Many of our trees date back to 1973, and Elephant and & Castle’s history and heritage continues to inform our design and place names today.
Know a way we can honour the area? Tell us.
Supporting local business
We wouldn’t be here without the support of local businesses, so we make sure that support is mutual. We’ve helped our businesses out with the space, funding and marketing they need to work magic.
Find out how we could help you work your magic.
More than 5,000 construction jobs will have been created by the end of the project, as well as another thousand in the completed development.
Are you looking for work? We can help.
We encourage collaborations in the community and are always open to entrepreneurs and businesses bringing new events, activations and ideas to Elephant Park. Have a great idea? Get in touch so together we can bring this to life!
