Open House Festival is back for 2022, celebrating London’s housing, architecture and neighbourhoods over two weeks. We're excited to showcase the design stories behind The Tree House, the park, the Energy Hub and our meanwhile use spaces on Sayer St and Deacon St.

The Meadow + Sayer Street Landscape Tour

Explore our award winning meanwhile project Sayer Street and the Deacon St temporary wildflower meadow, which won the 2021 Landscape Institute award for 'Excellence in Place Regeneration'.
The Tree House - Self Guided Walking Tour
Saturday 10 September
Explore The Tree House and the surrounding park through a self guided audio walking tour. The tour will take you through insights into the build, exploring the considerations and key decisions made by the project team, all available at your own pace.
The Energy Hub - Architects Building Tour
Saturday 17 September
Take a walking tour of The Energy Hub, a unique mixed-use building at Elephant Park. The 4-storey building contains a combined heat and power facility, nursery, café and community space and pocket park.


The Tree House at Elephant Park: CLT for you and me
Saturday 17 September

Join us for an architectural talk led by members of Bell Phillips Architects and Webb Yates structural engineers on how and why they chose timber as the lead material for The Tree House at Elephant Park.

A free, informal workshop session led by members of Bell Phillips Architects for children to build their own model lantern, inspired by The Tree House and learn about architecture.
