This Spring, Little Louie are teaming up with Bleur Art to host weekly creative sessions to bring art closer to residents and visitors at Elephant Park. Every Wednesday evening from 7 – 9 pm you can relax, enjoy a drink and try your hand at some creative experimentation.
On 8th June the Studio Session is about exploring a new wave of freestyle hand embroidery expression in visual art with Nicole Chui. Learn how to physically manipulate photo portraits by stitching directly on top of them to create new personalities/characters on faces through freestyle embroidery… whatever that means to you!
Tickets cost £35 per session, which pays for all materials as well as a drink voucher to redeem at Little Louie’s bar! The rest of the proceeds go towards supporting artists at Bleur Art.
No previous experience is required, but we’d recommend wearing old clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on!
