Southwark Libraries host Elmer Book readings

As part of the Elmer at the Elephant campaign, Southwark Libraries are hosting a series of Elmer book readings across the libraries in the borough. These will last approximately an hour and are welcoming baby and toddlers for these free events.

Elmer is a colourful patchwork elephant, and his stories often encompass themes like diversity, inclusion and individuality.

The book readings will take place at the following libraries and at the following times.

Monday 16th September
Camberwell Library (10:30AM – 12PM)
Grove Vale Library (2PM – 3PM)
John Harvard Library (10AM – 11:30AM)
Kingswood Library (10:30AM – 11:30AM)

Tuesday 17th September
Peckham Library (10:30AM – 12:00PM)

Wednesday 18th September
Nunhead Library (10:30AM – 11:30AM)

Thursday 19th September
Blue Anchor Library (10:30AM – 11:30AM)
Dulwich Library (10:30AM –  12:00PM / 1:30PM – 3PM)  
East Street Library (10:30AM 12:30PM)

Friday 20th September
Brandon Library (11:00AM – 12:00PM)
