ALL YEAR ROUND
Our Parks is providing a variety of FREE outdoor exercise classes at Elephant Park throughout the year. All classes are inclusive for all levels of fitness and are open to participants ages 16 and over.
Afrobics: Afrobeats-inspired, invigorating, fun and pulse-raising aerobics workout for all abilities, which is designed to burn calories, and improve overall health and fitness.
Bootcamp: A fitness boot camp class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises, with interval and strength training. Also includes Mums & Tots Bootcamp!
Yoga: Yoga is excellent for improving flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction.
Back to Exercise: Low intensity gentle circuit class, fun and social for those who want to get back to exercise or are new to exercise.
