Free workshop for Adults. Art and Mindfulness session with Art in the Park: Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed? Do you want to explore your creativity in a friendly online group and learn some simple mindful breathing techniques combined with creating art that you can do daily?
There is much evidence that being engaged in creative and social activity or connection, even for short periods of time, can boost health and wellbeing. The workshop focuses on the process of exploration and internal inquiry through art and not on the end visual result. Artist Andrea will lead the online activity and there will be an opportunity for discussion and optional sharing of art and reflections on the process.
