While we can’t get together to exercise and socialise together, and we must self-isolate, there’s no excuse for getting out of shape.

Our Parks have temporarily halted their typical boot camps taking place in parks around London and instead are offering three virtual classes daily – for free!

Daily live workouts schedule:

  • 10am – Fitness Workout
  • 12noon – Calm Full Body Workout
  • 7.30pm – Yoga
